In order to interest the local population and involve them in its activities, the Imereti Agro team constantly visits the villages of the municipality and, through direct interaction with the population, implements a number of important projects that are intended for the benefit of all categories of the population. Persons interested in agriculture, before opening their own farm, are given the opportunity to undergo practical training in the Imereti Agro demonstration gardens, which are organized on the farms of project beneficiaries. The agency has become even more popular in the region. The benefits that Imereti Agro offers to program participants give more and more people the opportunity to plant perennial gardens. The Imereti Agro company co-organized the agrotourism festival, achieving its goal. Thanks to the presentation and promotion of local agricultural products, Chiatura has acquired additional tourist importance. The festival gives participating farm owners an opportunity to promote their activities.
Inspired by a great love for the village, a desire to employ local residents and a great sense of purpose, the Chiatura entrepreneur planted a tea plantation on 22 hectares and grows several varieties of tea. With the support of Imereti Agro, Teamo was rebranded, product quality was improved, and Georgian tea from Chiaturi entered the European market.
Imereti Agro constantly strives to promote women's participation in economic activities and their self-employment opportunities through the creation of new enterprises. The aim of the program is to improve their socio-economic status by encouraging their participation in agricultural activities. In order to create conditions conducive to the economic empowerment of women, the Imereti Agro created the club to initiate joint or individual agriculture and its expansion. Women interested in agriculture have the opportunity to obtain the necessary information and advice on agricultural issues.
