GM Academy

Goal

The goal of GM Academy is the retraining and advanced training of company employees, as well as the creation of a competitive, technological and development-oriented human resource in the market. In addition, to improve the professional and technological skills of management personnel and middle managers. The GM Academy provides hands-on training and continuing education for employees performing their duties in high-risk environments.

Vocational training plan

In order to ensure that employees can effectively improve their professional skills and gain new knowledge and experience, we have developed a carefully designed professional training plan, which is periodically improved taking into account the competitive environment of the labor market. According to the plan, on the basis of the GM Academy, professional directions for 6 main production sectors of mining activity have been created. We provide short-term, 3-month courses in each area.

Industry directions

The academy trains employees in the following narrow specialties: tunnel operator, electric locomotive driver, substation operator, substation operator, fan operator, scraper operator, crane operator. Employee training in all areas is carried out in accordance with high standards, for which educational plans for industry programs have been developed.
